Two field experiments were conducted during 1993/94 and 1994/95, in Menofiya Governorate, Egypt, to evaluate the influence of Mn application on the growth, yield and nutritive value of wheat Giza 163. The treatments consisted of an untreated control, 10 and 20 kg MnSO4 as soil application, 1 and 2 kg chelated Mn as soil application, 0.6 and 1.2% MnSO4 as foliar spray, and 0.06 and 0.12% chelated Mn as foliar spray.
