Knowledge level of rural women about improved breeding and reproductive practices of buffalo in Haryana



Indian Journal of Dairy Science 59(5): 317-321



This study was conducted on 160 rural women selected from 4 villages of Jind and Hisar districts of Haryana during 2003-04 to determine their knowledge about breeding and reproductive practices in buffaloes. The results indicated a moderate level of knowledge among rural women from landless and marginal families about breeding.
