Study on genetic differentiation in Ke locus of sheep populations in east and south of central Asia

A report on the genetic analysis made on Chinese native sheep (Tan, small tailed Han, HU, Tong and Wadi sheep) as well a comparison of the quantitative trait loci (Ke locus) of 10 other Asian native sheep populations around China is presented.
