Effect of AOK-M on lipid peroxidation in winter wheat seeds and sprouts

Fiziologiya i Biokhimia Kulturnykh Rastenii 38(4): 339-344

Effects of presowing incrustation of winter wheat seeds by the substance AOK-M on the lipid peroxidation in grain in condition of dormancy and in sprouts were investigated. It is shown, that the substance AOK-M reduced the contents of malone dialdehide in grain and in sprouts, and also increased activity of superoxide dismutase and catalase. At the same time the preparation in concentration of 0.001 % and 0.004 % increased germination and growth force. It was revealed its dual effect on activity of peroxidase. It is shown, that dozes of AOK-M 0.001 and 0.004 % reduce activity of peroxidase in grain and it in sprouts.
