The dynamics of changes in the physical and chemical properties of leached chernozem was studied in a stationary field experiment. The effect of liming on the composition of soil absorbing complex, the humus status of soil, and the productivity of grain-row crop rotation was revealed. Relationships of the acid-base properties of soil with its humus status and the yielding capacity of agricultural crops were determined.
