Genetic correlation analysis between leaf water use efficiency and relevant physiological traits in wheat

Scientia Agricultura Sinica 39(9): 1796-1803

In order to improve the physiology and genetics of wheat and its water use efficiency (WUE), physiological traits of wheat leaves were investigated. According to Griffing's method II (1956), complete 4x4 diallel crossing experiments were established through selecting 4 different wheat varieties belonging to both ecotypes of dry and marsh land, giving birth to 6 orthogonal filial generations.
