Absorption of vitamin C. Determination of ascorbic acid in colourless body fluids by a modification of Tillmans' method

Absorption of vitamin C. Determination of ascorbic acid in colourless body fluids by a modification of Tillmans' method

Biochem. Ztschr, 291: 221-228

In non-haemolysed serum or plasma, in absence of lipaemia, ascorbic acid was estimated by direct titration with dichlorphenolindophenol after acidification to pH 1.5 to 3.5 with HC1.
