A brief account is given of the writer's successful experiments in the control of blister rust of Pinus strobus and P. sylvestris (Cronartium and C. asclepiadeum) by means of their natural enemy, Tuberculina maxima, The mode of dissemination is extremely simple, consisting merely of collecting the lilac-coloured spore dust of the parasite in a paper bag, and transferring it to the aecidia of the rusts with the tip of a penknife.
