The tetrapolar segregation of the sexes previously demonstrated or suggested in the author's studies of Stereum purpureum, Corticium evolvens, and Polyporus abietinus has been confirmed by further work, while Lenzites sepiaria and Trameles serialis were again shown to pursue a bipolar course of sexual differentiation. T. odorata also proceeded along bipolar lines, though staling phenomena in the culture media greatly impeded observations on this species.
