The writer analyses the statistical data compiled as the result of a preliminary inquiry conducted in 1928 by the plant protection head-quarters of the Chamber of Agriculture for the province Brandenburg and Berlin into the respective merits of Bordeaux mixture and lime-sulphur for the control of Fusicladium on apples and F. cerasi on Morello cherries.
