Influence of period of lactation on the freezing-point of South African milk. (S. African Dept. Agric. Forestry Bull. No. 157)

Influence of period of lactation on the freezing-point of South African milk. (S. African Dept. Agric. Forestry Bull. No. 157)

Influence of period of lactation on the freezing-point of South African milk, S. African Dept. Agric. Forestry, 8

Milk from individual cows shows definite freezing point variations throughout the lactation period. This variation is not uniform, but varies from cow to cow. No correlation exists between fluctuations in the freezing point and the time in the period of lactation at which the milk sample is taken. Brit. Chem.
