Notes on the periodicity of Wuchereria bancrofti Cobbold in Shanghai region



Lingnan Science Journal 13(4): 607-613



In 2 cases examined every 2 hours for 3 24-hour periods. A few microfilaria were found in the blood during the day in the heavier case. The max. number of microfilaria were found earlier in the evening in the man who went to sleep earlier.
