The paper describes the continuation of work by the authors on the development of a neurotropic virus by intracranial passage in g. pigs. One strain at the eighth and another at the 13th g. pig passage produced symptoms of the disease when inoculated subcutaneously or intravenously into mules, but the animals survived. Two horses receiving material from the 15th passage died in 20 and 22 days.
