BCG tuberculin studies; an experimental and clinical investigation

BCG tuberculin studies; an experimental and clinical investigation

Pediatrics 3(4): 429-441

BCG tuberculin was prepd. from 12-day cultures on Sauton's medium to obtain Calmette's vaccine. Intradermal injns. into guinea pigs caused reactions earlier than commercial tuberculin. In BCG-vaccinated children BCG tuberculin provoked reactions more often than commercial tuberculin.
