Cheese-milk fat food product and method of producing the same

This spreadable product contains about 30 per cent of aloft uncured cheese, e.g. cottage cheese, and about 40 per cent of butterfat, with small quantities of dried skim-milk, salt and stabilizer. The ingredients, except the fat, are mixed in a colloid mill and then pasteurized: the fat is pasteurized separately and mixed in without agitation.
