Sodium chlorate +or- borate, several boron compounds, CMU, PDU, 2, 4-D+boron and high rates of 2, 4-D were tested for the control of Convolvulus arvensis. Sodium chlorate at 4-6 lb./sq. rod, CMU and PDU at 60-80 lb./ac. gave good control. The other compounds, including 2, 4-D at 80 lb./ac. applied in the spring, were not satisfactory.
