In investigations at the Horticultural Research Station, Sabour, Bihar, culture of immature embryos at 27 +or- 1 degrees C. and 6.5 pH in a medium containing some of the constituents of White's and Tukey's media and some additional ones, together with 30-50% coconut milk, was successful.
