Investigations on the cleaning of milk cans



Nord. VetMed 5(4): 48-52



The results, during a 9-month period, of testing milk cans from six dairies supplying milk to Copenhagen for total bacterial count and coliform count using the swab rinse method are presented. Apart from one dairy the bacteriological standards of the milk cans were generally satisfactory.
