Part I: Market King tomatoes were grown in a sandy loam (pH. 5.5) in a factorial pot experiment. The effects of adding Cu, Zn, Pb, Co, Ni and Mn respectively at 0, 5 and 10 m. eq. rates to the soil were studied.
