Abstract
In further studies on rice-inhabiting fungi 12 different species selected for their high dextrinase, amylase, protease, and lipase activities were able to use a variety of carbon and nitrogen sources, rice glutelin as sole nitrogen source giving moderate growth of all the fungi tested.
