Two fertilizer treatments (NPK and NPK plus trace elements) and 3 irrigation regimes were applied to bearing Rome Beauty and Stayman trees. The number of fruits remaining on the trees after June drop was higher on the heavily irrigated than on the non-irrigated plots where trace elements were used, whereas the opposite effect was observed without trace element applications.
