An account is given of pathological irregularities observed in the laboratory and in nature in the Soviet Union in the ovaries of house-flies (Musca domestica L.) of strains resistant or susceptible to DDT and treated over successive generations with subie thal doses of DDT, diazinon or trichlorphon (Dip-terex).
