Growth promoting substances and their role in inducing roots of barleria cuttings (Barleria gibsonii) Benth & Hook

Growth promoting substances and their role in inducing roots of barleria cuttings (Barleria gibsonii) Benth & Hook

Lal-Baugh, 8: 2, 7-10. bibl. 3

Hard, semi-hard and softwood barleria cuttings, with and without leaves, were treated with IBA and/or NAA at concentrations ranging from 1, 000 to 10, 000 p.p.m. The higher concentrations of both hormones were equally effective in inducing rooting in soft and semi-hardwood cuttings.
