Inheritance of mature-plant resistance of wheat to yellow rust, P. glumarum (Schm.) Eriks, and Henn., under field conditions

Inheritance of mature-plant resistance of wheat to yellow rust, P. glumarum (Schm.) Eriks, and Henn., under field conditions

Rev. Fac. nac. Agron, Colombia, 18: 50, 3-63

After a rather extensive review of the literature on the nature of resistance and its inheritance, the results of the crosses Chinese 166 x Timstein and Frontana x Supremo 211 are presented, in each of which the first-named parent is resistant to P. glumarum and the second susceptible when tested in the field in the Sabana de Bogota,. Colombia.
