The following is virtually the author's summary. The inheritance of resistance to aldrin in Musca domestica nebulo F. was studied be making reciprocal crosses between individuals as well as groups of flies of an aldrinresistant and a non-resistant strain at 28 +or- 1 degrees C.. The off spring of all the families thus formed were tested by the topical application of constant-volume drops of various concentrations of aldrin solution in oil to the dorsum of the thorax of groups of flies.
