Inhibition of Lactobacillus delbruckii 3 by d-leucine

Inhibition of Lactobacillus delbruckii 3 by d-leucine

Indian Journal of Medical Research 44(3): 547-553

Acid production by Lactobacillus delbruckii was studied with various strengths of pyridoxine; D-leucine was found to inhibit the reaction in concentrations of pyridoxine above 0.6 p.p.m.
