Monosomic analysis of stem rust resistance of a common wheat strain derived from Triticum timopheevi

Using the complete monosomic series in common wheat (Triticum aestivum), the linked duplicate dominant genes for stem rust resistance in C.I. 12633, a stem- and leaf-rust resistant common wheat derivative from the interspecific cross, T. timopheevi X (Illinois No. 1-Chinese)2, were located on chromosome XIII by studying F2 and F3 generations.
