Analyses are reported for 10 B vitamins, 17 amino acids, Ca, P, Fe, N, fat, moisture, and ash. Rat feeding studies showed that the proteins of commercial rice and rice polish could be improved by addition of lysine, threonine, and vitamin Bi2.
