Abstract
In trials with rats digestibility of margarine fat compared with butter was 97.4 per cent. and of the components of the margarine from 89.0 to 99.6 per cent. Rats given diets without fat excreted 20 mg. metabolic fat per 100 g. bodyweight daily. (From English summary.) R.
