Shelf life evaluation of guava (Psidium guajava L.) cultivars

Mature hard green fruits of guava cultivars Allahabad Safeda, Sardar (L-49) and Lalit were harvested, washed, surface dried and packed in 0.5% ventilated CFB boxes in six replications having 15 fruits per replication and stored under ambient conditions (18+or-3 degrees C; 60-70% RH). Various storage attributes were studied at successive stages of storage.
