Abstract
The initial and residual toxicity of chlorazine, trietazine, ipazine, simeton, propazine, simazine, atrazine, 2-chloro-4-isopropylamino-6-n-propyl-amino-s-triazine (30451) and 2-chloro-4-isopropyl-amino-6-methylamino-s-triazine (norazine) was compared in five soils, and the phytotoxicity of simazine and its relationship to organic matter, clay content, cation exchange capacity, and pH of soils was studied in 16 soils.
