Further studies on analysis of antigens in hydatid fluid of Echinococcus granulosus with homologous antisera and antisera prepared against host serum proteins were presented. Six to eight antigenic components were identified in human hydatid fluid which reacted with antibodies against human serum. Measurements of diffusion coefficients of seven of these antigen bands by the technique of Allison and Humphrey (1959) revealed values of 3.2, 3.6, 4.2, 5.4, 5.6, 6.2, and 7.2 (107 cm.2/sec.
