Technological properties of milk and cheese quality when feeding urea to dairy cows.

2 similar groups, each of 12 cows, were used in this experiment, the experimental one receiving 140 g. urea/head/day, whilst no urea was given to the control group. The milk from both groups was of very similar composition, only non-protein N and urea being somewhat higher for the experimental group.
