In 1946-51 data were collected on changes in body weight and wool production occurring during 12 mths. in 2 types of Merinos in Slovakia. The sheep were in 5 age groups of 3 yrs. to 7 yrs. and older, and there were 759 of the wool type and 808 of the wool-mutton type.
