The influence of various factors on the weight loss of potatoes during storage

The influence of various factors on the weight loss of potatoes during storage

K. Skogs Lantbr Akad. Tidskr, 96: 5/6, 329-44

There were no significant differences in storage losses between a number of different varieties, provided that the tubers were mature when stored. The results of trials in 1946 to determine the effect of growing potatoes in different districts in Sweden on storage losses gave no reliable results.
