Abstract
glanduliferum is widely distributed in the northern part of Hunan. The properties and composition of its essential oils varied greatly depending on the habitats from which the samples were taken. In samples from 2 regions the essential oil content of fresh leaves was 0.5 %. The stems of C. bodinieri contained 0.53 % of essential oils of several kinds.
