Brucellosis and coxiellosis (Q fever) reactions in a university cohort

Milk samples from 62% and serum samples from 50% of herds in Wills County were positive for Coxiella burnetii infection, by the capillary agglutination test. Of 32 dairy employees examined, six had Q fever, two brucellosis and 7 leptospirosis antibodies.
