Fluorescent anti-cercarial, anti-adult worm and anti-egg antibodies, were studied quantitatively in mice infected with Schistosoma mansoni and treated with niridazole at different intervals after infection. Except when administered very early during the infection, treatment provoked an appreciable rise in titre against adults and eggs, whereas that against cercariae increased only slightly.
