In 'Sbornik dokladov mezh-vuzovskoi konferentsii po molochnomu delu', Erevan, USSR: Izdatel'stvo Aiastan, 87-90



3 matched groups of (i) 7 Russian Simmental, (ii) 7 Bestuzhev and (iii) 6 Jersey x Bestuzhev cross bred cows were fed and managed similarly during lactation, and compositional and technological characteristics of the milks were determined once a month as well as those of bulk milk of (iv) the whole herd of 1600 cows (mean milk yield, 3300 kg) on the same farm.
