Thirty-two castrated male pigs weighing about 15 kg were given diets with no coconut meal or 10, 20 or 40% and no coconut oil or 10%. Digestibility of DM, crude protein, N-free extract and ether extract in coconut meal were 83.7, 50.7, 94.1 and 100%. Digestible energy was 3.6 kcal/g. Ca, P and Mg were 0.16, 0.55 and 0.23%, Cu was 40 mg and Zn 53 mg/kg. Digestibilities of protein and ether extract were higher when diets had 10% coconut oil.
