J. Jap. Soc. Food Nutrition. 23: 519-525

Vegetables sprayed with organophosphorus were washed and analysed. It was calculated that a person eating 80 g vegetable daily would get about 10 mg residue. That amount or 10 times as much were added to infant food and given to rats for about 50 days. The trial was repeated 3 times.
