Effect of forest strips on growth, development and yield of irrigated maize

The changes in the microclimate of fields brought about by irrigation and forest strips are discussed. Information and data are given on the effects of microclimate on growth, flowering biology and grain yields of maize on irrigated plots protected by forest strips in the Ukraine.
