Abstract
Plants were grown in Mitscherlich vessels and kept in natural daylight until the beginning of the "third stage" of growth, when they were transferred to a 12-hour day with different treatments. After stage VI of organogenesis and before heading a single exposure to a short day induced the production of forms with larger grain.
