For part 3 see Abst. 5535, Vol. 34. 4. The 154 bullocks were those described in part 1 (see Abst. 1366, Vol. 34). Of non-carcase components Herefords had more shank, hide, tail and spleen and less pluck and omasum and liver than Aberdeen Angus bullocks. Pure Brahman had less pluck, heart, caul fat and omasum than Santa Gertrudis or crosses of Brahman with British breeds.
