Abstract
In laboratory and field trials from 1961 to 1963 green forage, mainly of ladino clover or lucerne, cut at different seasons, was ensiled in several types of container with different additives, singly or in combination. Palatability was tested by offering to livestock silage preserved for about 90 days.
