Growth factor requirements of citrus tissue culture

Proc. 1st int. Citrus Symp., Riverside 1969. 3: 1155-61 p. bibl. 11

A modified Murashige and Skoog nutrient medium is described which permitted vigourous growth of lemon fruit, stem and root callus cultures, and juice vesicles of lemon, pummelo, orange, grapefruit and citron.
