Host Cell Penetration of Toxoplasma gondii

Host Cell Penetration of Toxoplasma gondii

Infection and Immunity 2(3): 250-255

gondii was allowed to invade HeLa cells, and was then recovered by disruption of the cells. The penetrating power of the parasites decreased within the first hour of entry, but increased rapidly during the next 4 hours within the cell.
