Human secretory immunoglobulins. III. Immunochemical and physio-chemical studies of secretory IgA and free secretory piece

The current conception of the structural model of human secretory immunoglobulin consisting of two 7 S IgA and secretory piece (SP) is explored. It is pointed out that attempts to release SP from secretory IgA (SIgA) resulted often in denatured products.
