Immunogenicity of Aujeszky's disease saponin vaccine prepared from culture virus

Immunogenicity of Aujeszky's disease saponin vaccine prepared from culture virus

Lucr. Inst. Cerc. Vet. Bioprep. Pasteur. 4: 1/2, 19-26

The study of the immunogenic properties in sheep and cattle of the saponin treated vaccine against Aujeszky's disease, consisting of a mixture composed of 20 parts Aujeszky's virus cultivated on porcine kidney cells, 35% saline solution, 35 parts aluminium hydroxide, 10 parts of 10% glucose serum containing 0.3 g% saponin, showed that the vaccine is perfectly innocuous and has a very good immunpgenicity for both species.
