Immunological Study on the Host Cell Penetration Factor of Toxoplasma gondii

Immunological Study on the Host Cell Penetration Factor of Toxoplasma gondii

Infection and Immunity 3(2): 278-286

Sephadex gel filtration of an ammonium sulphate-precipitated host cell penetration factor yielded two components, which were immunologically identical, but had different molecular weight, possibly as a result of aggregation.
